Registration guests are happy to fill in
A form in steps instead of a form monster: details, travel, ticket, confirmation. What the guest enters is in the guest list with no intermediate step, and feeds arrival and hotel planning at the same time.

In detail
What this area can do today; every item exists in the product and is included in the free Community edition.
- Form in steps with required and optional fields; steps can depend on conditions
- Ticket types with quotas: once a type is sold out, the waiting list can take over
- Approval requirement: registrations go into review first, then to “Confirmed”
- Separate registration tracks per audience, such as employees and customers
- Nominations: departments propose participants, the team approves
- Travel and hotel fields feed arrival and hotel planning directly
- Guests change their details themselves via a personal link, without a password
- Guest list with status, filters, bulk actions, CSV export and dossier PDF
The guest list knows the state
Every registration is one row: status, arrival and departure, hotel, open pickup. The tiles above double as filters. Bulk actions change statuses, send confirmations or assign hosts, with a confirmation prompt before every send.

Steps with conditions
Whoever picks “arriving by train” never sees the flight fields. Each step can hold required or optional fields; you only ask what you will evaluate later.
Quotas, waiting list, approval
Ticket types have quotas. When one is used up, the guest lands on the waiting list and moves up as soon as a seat frees up. Types with an approval requirement go into review first; only the status “Confirmed” triggers the confirmation email and the QR ticket.
Guests help themselves
Via a personal link, guests change their details, book sessions or add a companion, without an account and without a password. Your team gets fewer queries.
What this area cannot do yet
Better here than in the small print. What is missing is listed, with its status, in the public milestone plan.
See the milestone plan- Payment processing and invoicing are not complete: in the milestone plan under “Planned”.
- Tickets for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are in progress; today the QR ticket arrives by email.
