Event websites your team builds itself

From template to published page in an hour: an editor with blocks, templates and live preview, several pages per event, on request under your own domain. No IT department and no agency.

In detail

What this area can do today; every item exists in the product and is included in the free Community edition.

  • Blocks to stack: header, text, programme, speakers, prices, questions, call to action and more
  • Templates as a starting point, live preview while editing
  • Several pages per event, such as arrival or programme; the navigation picks up published pages automatically
  • Version history to jump back to when a change did not work out
  • Your own SEO settings per page, preview image for link previews, noindex for internal events
  • Programme, speakers and free seats come live from the event data
  • On request under your own domain (Managed instance) or under an address we provide

Registration is part of the website

The website links to the event’s registration form: the same fields, the same ticket types, maintained once. If registration is closed, the page says so. Confirmations go out in your event’s design, not the platform’s.

Multi-step registration form with the steps details, travel, ticket and confirmation

Blocks instead of page building

A page is a stack of blocks. Each block has its own settings, and the preview shows every change immediately. Anyone who can build a slide deck can build an event website with it.

  • Arrange blocks by dragging
  • Pick a template or start empty
  • Add further pages; the navigation follows automatically

Publish when you are ready

Until you click “Publish”, the page is reachable only through the preview. After that it is public, under an address we provide or, with a Managed instance, under your own domain with a TLS certificate.

Frequently asked questions about Event website

Do I need programming skills for the event website?
No. The website is made of blocks that you arrange and fill in the editor; the preview shows the result immediately. No HTML or CSS required.
Can the event website run under our own domain?
Yes, with a Managed instance, which includes your own domain with a TLS certificate. In the free Community edition the website lives under an address we provide.
Can I create several pages?
Yes. Each event can have any number of pages, such as programme, arrival or speakers. Published pages appear in the navigation automatically.
What if I want to undo a change?
The version history keeps earlier versions you can jump back to. An unpublished change is only visible in the preview anyway.
