Room allotments without spreadsheets
Hotels with distance to the venue, room types with price and quantity, a grid that shows free and occupied rooms. You book guests straight from the list into the allotment, and the rooming list goes to the hotel as an export.

In detail
What this area can do today; every item exists in the product and is included in the free Community edition.
- Pick a hotel from the database or add a new one; radius search around the venue
- Room types with price and quantity per hotel
- Occupancy grid shows free and occupied rooms per type
- Book guests straight from the guest list into a room type
- The last free room is locked, not given out twice
- Rooming list as an export for the hotel
- Occupancy per hotel in the event cockpit; filter “Hotel missing” in guest and arrival lists
Booking from the guest list
The way from guest to room is one click in their row. The filter “Hotel missing” shows who stated they need accommodation and has no room yet.

Allotment instead of gut feeling
Every hotel has room types with price and quantity. The grid shows per type what is free and what is taken. Whoever books sees immediately whether a room is still available, and if not, which hotel still has space.
Rooming list for the hotel
The hotel wants names, room type, arrival and departure. That is exactly what the rooming list exports, filtered to one hotel, from the same data the reception desk sees.
