Emails that go out at the right time
Invitation, reminder, confirmation, briefing two days before, thank-you afterwards: every email is a template in your design, and most go out by themselves, when the event you tied them to occurs.
In detail
What this area can do today; every item exists in the product and is included in the free Community edition.
- Adapt templates to your own design in the editor; placeholders for name, event, arrival time
- Automations trigger on events: after registration, X days before the event, after check-in
- Multi-step sequences, such as invitation, reminder, last reminder
- Test send to your own address before every send
- Open and click rates per mailing
- Delivery log: skipped addresses are visible, not gone
- Bulk actions from the guest list with a confirmation prompt before sending
If-then instead of calendar entry
“Two days before the event to everyone confirmed” is a rule, not an appointment someone has to remember. Automations tie emails to events: registration, status change, deadline, check-in.
Templates in your design
Logo, colours, sender: confirmations arrive in the event’s design, not the platform’s. Placeholders insert name, event title or arrival time at send time.
The log says what happened
Guests without a valid address are skipped and listed in the delivery log. If an email does not arrive, the log is the first place to look; if it is listed there as sent, the issue is on the recipient’s side.
