Design it like a slide
Drag elements, adjust size, done. The preview shows the badge with a real guest’s data, not placeholders. The logo comes from the organisation’s settings.
Batch or counter
Before the event the system produces a batch PDF for all confirmed guests, sorted and ready to print. On the day, check-in prints the badge of the guest who is scanning right now, directly on the label printer.
QR code on the badge
The QR code on the name badge is the same as in the ticket. Stand staff scan it for leads, and sessions can use it to record attendance.

Whoever contributes to this area from outside gets a personal link instead of an account someone has to manage.
