Questions about pricing
Why is the platform free?
Because the software gets built anyway, and one more account on the existing infrastructure costs next to nothing. Effort arises where an instance of its own has to be operated, backed up and updated; that is what costs money.
Will the free edition be restricted later?
That is not planned. The Community edition runs the same software as the paid instances; artificially locking individual features would be extra effort without benefit.
Is the price per user?
No. €150 applies per instance, regardless of how many team members, events or attendees you have.
Can I switch from free to my own instance later?
Yes. Your existing data is carried over to the new instance. Write to us via our contact form.
What is the contract term?
Cancel monthly. There is no minimum term and no setup fee.
